Is crumb rubber safe?
Yes. No other infill has undergone as much study as crumb rubber infill. Of all the studies, none have shown crumb rubber to pose a significant health risk to children or adults. For more information on crumb rubber infill safety, check out this link.
What sizes of micronized rubber powder do you offer?
Our facility is capable of producing all sizes of micronized rubber powder, as large as 3/8″ down to -80 mesh. If you are interested in a specific mesh size, contact us here to request a sample.
I have about 100 tires I'm looking to get rid of. How much do you charge to take them?
We currently do not accept tires from individuals. A good alternative would be to drop them off at your local tire store. If you are a scrap tire collector, fill out our contact form with the following information and we’ll send you back a quote for disposal as soon as possible:
- Store name
- Store address
- How often your trailer flips
- How many tires you have
- Average breakdown of tire type
